ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.357 of 2019, on the file of the 3rd respondent herein to CBCID or any other independent agency so as to have a fair and impartial investigation of the case in accordance with law.
2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent registered the case in Crime No.357 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 342 and 506(ii) of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent did not include the offence under Section 380 of IPC.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the investigation is under process, if the 3rd respondent finds any ingredients to attract the offence under Section 380 of IPC, the 3rd respondent is directed to file a charge sheet, accordingly.
5. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
