ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that second petitioner was already arrested and released on bail and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition insofar as the second petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the case has now been transferred to EOW, Chennai and registered in Crime No.4 of 2025.

3. Recording the said facts, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition incorporating the Crime No.4 of 2025.
