Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 22.11.2017 entered in the TSR of the petitioner, by the 4th respondent, in respect of increments and other service benefits and quash the same, by directing the 4th respondent to revision of scale of pay with increments w.e.f. 01.04.2013, in the 5th respondent school.
