Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to deposit the remaining sum of Rs.3,00,000/-(Rupees Three Lakhs) out of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs) as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.1022/2020 in Cr.No.19/2019 vide order dated 27.01.2020 pending investigation on the file of respondent police station.[CRL.MP.NO.2706/2020] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition is filed to extend the time to deposit the remaining sum of Rs.3,00,000/- out of Rs.5,00,000/- as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.1022 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting bail to the petitioners had directed each of the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready and on such deposit the petitioners were directed released on bail on the event of their arrest. He would further submit the petitioners are taking steps to raise funds, due to financial constrains, they are unable to deposit within two weeks and therefore, seeks for extension of time for depositing the amount.

3. In view of the request made, time granted is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
