R.NALLIYAPPAN, Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents and R-3 GIVENUP., the court made the following order:-

In this miscellaneous petition, on 08.03.2019, this Court passed the following order :- "There is an order of Interim stay in respect of passing final decree alone and other proceedings may go on."

Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
