ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the FIR and conduct investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.06.2022, as per the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2202 of 2022 dated 10.08.2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Tiruvannamalai. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the enquiry was closed on 12.10.2023. The relevant papers were also placed before this Court. 3.There shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to place the report and the entire materials before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvannamalai. The learned Judicial Magistrate, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
