O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to examine the bodily injuries and nature of the wounds on the petitioner and submit a complete medical report before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused was arrested and remanded to the Central Prison-II, Puzhal on 11.02.2019.

3. In view of the direction issued by this Court, the first respondent engaged Assistant Surgeon, Central Prison, Puzhal-II, Chennai, to examine the petitioner and the copy of the medical report also furnished to the counsel who is appearing for the petitioner, which is as follows : "1.Extensive strike marks with fresh contusion over both the upper arm.

2. Extensive strike marks with fresh contusion over both buttocks and gluteus.

3. Strike marks with fresh contusion over both thighs and both legs."

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
