This petition is filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2021 pending on the file of Subordinate Judge, Gingee and transfer the same to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

The petitioner is residing with her son at Kancheepuram and she had also filed a petition seeking maintenance against her husband, the respondent herein in M.C.No.10 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Kancheepuram. The respondent is attending that case therefore, in the above circumstances, this petitioner has made out a sufficient cause for transferring the petition filed by the respondent/husband in H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2021 on the file of the Sub-Court, Gingee to the file of the Sub-Court, Kancheepuram. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In fine, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs.
