Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the Petitioner's representations/Grienvance petitions dated 23.03.2018, 27.09.2019, 21.09.2020, 17.06.2021, 15.03.2023 and 15.09.2023 within a stipulate time fixed by this Honorable Court Consequently, to direct the 3rd Respondent, Tahsildhar, Cuddalore Taluk to transfer/issue computer patta to the Petitioner agricultural punja land in S.No.9/2A, measuring about to an extent of 2.90 Ares situated at Vanamadevi North Village Cuddalore taluk and District. Indhu Bala Additional Government Pleader Order The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for earlier disposal of the representation made by her, however, during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the respondents have already considered the petitioner's representations and granted patta in favour of the petitioner, and hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for any adjudication in this Writ Petition, as the prayer sought for has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
