O R D E R

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to pay all the terminal benefits of her husband Mr.Rajendran, died on 20.01.2010 inclusive of the pension expeditiously.

2.The case of the petitioner is that her husband Rajendran while serving under the respondent, has passed away leaving behind the petitioner and two daughters as his legal heirs. The petitioner, after obtaining the death certificate of her husband and legal heir certificate, has made a representation on 20.02.2017 requesting the respondents to dispose the terminal benefits of her husband. But till date the respondents have not come forward to settle the same. Therefore, she is before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court seeking the above direction.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents sought six weeks time to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, directs the petitioner to furnish a copy of the representation made by her along with a copy of this order, death certificate of her husband and legal heir certificate, showing her identity, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders, four weeks thereafter.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
