O R D E R

This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed by the Court below in M.P.No.01/2020 in C.No.373/Sec.Pro/DC.Amb/2019, pending disposal of the Crl.R.C.No.336 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition, subject to the following conditions: a) The Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with one surety for a like sum before the Executive Magistrate Cum Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ambttur, Chennai. b) The Petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m.
