O R D E R

When the contempt petition was taken up at 2.15 p.m. the respondent was not present. Therefore, I directed the matter to be called at 3.00 p.m. When the contempt petition was taken up at 3.00 p.m. the respondent appeared in person.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General handed over two demand Drafts for a sum of Rs.43,352/- (DD.No.5976578 dated 18 September 2015) and Rs. 48,986/- (DD No.597736 dated 21 September 2015) respectively to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Additional Advocate General has also handed over a copy of the order dated 21 September 2015 passed by the respondent in compliance of the order passed by this Court. Learned Additional Advocate General also agreed to forward a copy of the order in original to the petitioner.

3. In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, the contempt petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21 September 2015, if he is still aggrieved. Consequently the connected Sub application is closed.
