As per the earlier order passed by this Court dated 11.08.2025, the Applicant was directed to comply with the Order XXXIX Rule 3 CPC. It is represented by the learned counsel for the Applicant that after the receipt of notice, the defendant has sent a letter dated 26.08.2025 to the learned counsel for the Applicant that the defendant has renamed their product as "Puja Lamp Oil". He has also produced the said letter by way of additional typed set.

2.No one represented on behalf of the defendant. Registry is directed to print the name of the defendant and post the matter on 08.09.2025.
