When the matter was called, learned Additional Public Prosectuor submitted that the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.35 of 2015 on 04.09.2015 for offences under Section 420, 468, 471, 427 and 506[i] IPC against six accused and submitted a copy of the FIR. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
