ORDER
Mr.R.Olimaran, has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondent to pay the amount due towards earned leave and medical leave with 12% interest per annum for the delayed payment from the date of retirement till the date of disbursement of such due within time frame.
2.Mr.P.Kannan Kumar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.
3.The petitioner is a retired Superintendent from the State Express Tamilnadu Transport Corporation Ltd., Chennai, and he was retired from service on 31.01.2013. Medical Leave and Earned Leave salary were not properly disbursed him, for which he has given a representation on 10.10.2016 for disbursement of medical leave salary and also Social Security Amount.

09.02.2017, 10.02.107. Inspite of the repeated reminders, the respondent has not come forward to consider. Therefore, he has been advised to come to this Court. The respondent hereby directed to consider the relevant and do the needful within a period of six weeks.
4.Since the issue is squarely covered by the various orders passed by this Court, in the light of the Hon'ble Division Bench judgment in W.A.(MD) Nos.383 to 457 of 2015 dated 12.06.2015 (K.Rajendran and others .v. The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Madurai) Limited represented by its Managing Director, Madurai and others), this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to settle the entire retirement benefits due and payable to the petitioner through twelve equal monthly installments carrying interest of 6% p.a., by considering his pending representation. The installments should commence from June, 2017, and each of the installments should be paid on or before 7th of each month. In case of any delay in the payment of the installments, the interest payable would become 18% p.a.
For the delayed period apart from any other remedy which may be available to the petitioner for such non-payment of the installment. No costs. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS VI) /true copy/ Sub Asst.
