The present Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents herein for their willful disobedience and noncompliance of the order dated 11.01.2016 made in W.P.No.35907 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 11.01.2016 made in W.P.No.35907 of 2007 has been complied with and produced a copy of the G.O.(2D)No.234 Home (Transport-II) Department dated 26.07.2019.

3.Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents and a copy of the Government Order produced, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
