O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to make measurement and mark its boundaries insofar it relates to the petitioner's land situated in R.S.No.40A1/B in Uthiyur Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2. In respect of property at R.S.No.40A1/B situated at Uthiyur Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District, the petitioner had given an application on 04.10.2021 and 18.07.2022 to survey the land to identify the four boundaries and she has paid necessary fee also to that effect, therefore in order to consider the same, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Ms.R.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and needful would be undertaken by the respondents by 2/4

completing the survey within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the said application submitted by the petitioner dated 04.10.2021 and 18.07.2022 and do the needful by completing the survey within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
