ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 24(1) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act 2003 & 77 of the Juvenile Justice (CIS And Protection of Children) Act 2015 in connection with Crime No.6 of 2026, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier this Court vide order dated 04.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.2443 of 2026 had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner with the following observations:

"Considering the submissions made by both sides and even though there is no previous case pending against the petitioner, the quantity involved in this case is very huge and investigation in this case is pending, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed."

3. Now the petitioner has filed the second anticipatory bail petition without any change in circumstances, hence, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order passed by this Court.
