ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed seeking to set aside the docket order dated 03.02.2021 in E.P.33/2011 in O.S.No.75 of 1997 passed by the learned District Munsif Court at Thiruvottiyur. 2.

The petitioner has agreed for purchasing the said disputed property measuring about 1200 sq.ft. for Rs.4,000/- per sq.ft. and he has already paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- as advance and the remaining sum of Rs.38,00,000/- for 1200 sq.ft. shall be paid by the petitioner in the following manner:

The parties shall go for registration of the property on payment of the entire amount of Rs.38,00,000/- by the petitioner. On failure of the petitioner in paying the entire amount, the respondents shall proceed with the E.P. proceedings, for execution of the decree. The respondents shall execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner and not to any third party. 4.

The petitioner requested for the certified copies of the documents to enable him to pledge the same to obtain loan from the bank. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents are ready and willing to give the copies of the certified documents and title deeds to the petitioner.

The petitioner shall obey the directions of this Court set out in this order and shall not default in the undertaking given by him. With the above directions, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
