Learned counsel brought to the notice of this Court that in the operative portion, in spite of mentioning as comparing writings in the cheque, it is mentioned as signature in the cheque.

Learned counsel for the respondent also brought to the notice of this Court that with the admitted handwriting is also not specifically mentioned.

Therefore, upon considering the said submissions, the Registry is directed to delete the existing Clause (iii) of the order and replace it with the following Clause:

(iii) The Trial Court is directed to refer Exhibit P.4 / cheque along with the admitted handwriting of the petitioner to be compared by the handwriting expert by duly appointing an Advocate Commissioner to carry out the exercise.
