Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to provide necessary police protection to the 2nd respondent to take necessary action on the representation dated 16.02.2024 through counsel in respect of removal of stone erected by the 5th respondent in the petitioners land comprised in S. Nos. 439/1,3 of Tiruvallur Village, Tiruvallur Taluk and Tiruvallur District. 1/4

ORDER

This writ has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to provide necessary police protection to the 2nd respondent to take necessary action on the representation dated 16.02.2024 through counsel in respect of removal of stone erected by the 5th respondent in the petitioners land comprised in S. Nos. 439/1,3 of Tiruvallur Village, Tiruvallur Taluk and Tiruvallur District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 4.

3.The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint before the 1st respondent along with all the relevant documents and the same shall be acted upon by the 4th respondent in accordance with law and decision shall be taken, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint. 2/4
