ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register an FIR pursuant to CSR No.118 of 2016 dated 29.04.2016 and order further criminal action against the persons accused in the petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2016 pending on the file of the respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R. No.119/2016, before the respondent.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
