ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 04.04.2014 in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in W.P.No.9781 of 2014, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up, the the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondents. He has also produced a Xerox copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Proc.Na.Ka.No.586/A1/2012 dated 09.02.2015.

3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
