Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Tender Notice issued by the Respondent in Tender Notice No.05/DB/F.114 N/2019 dated 04.02.2019 for the purpose of construction of Tuna fishing Harbour at Thiruvotriyur Kuppam in Tiruvallur District and Construction of Short Groynes at Neerody, Vallavilai and Marthandamthurai in Kanniyakumari district and to quash the same and to direct the respondent to issue fresh tender notification by following due process of law.
