Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.MUTHAMIZHSELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.291 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the final report has been filed and presence of the petitioner is not required for the investigation.
