The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2) and 1/3

318(4) of BNS Act in Crime Not Known of 2025, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the current paper enquiry was conducted and closed. He further submits that as on date, no case no petition is pending against the petitioners.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
