This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose of E.O.P.No.46 of 2011 pending on the file of the learned District Judge, Nagapattinam.
2. Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is present and made a submission that, the prayer sought for in this Petition becomes infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Petition.
