Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.12.2015, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 09.01.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
