A.No.956 of 2022 in C.S.No.51 of 2021 P.VELMURUGAN.,J This application has been filed by the applicant/defendant seeking leave to file the documents in the Suit in C.S.No.51 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant has not given any reason as to why he has not filed these documents along with the written statement, since the said original documents were very much available with him even at the time of filing the written statement itself. The applicant has not filed the original documents even now also. He has filed only the photocopy of all the documents.

3. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit are not satisfactory, however, in the interest of justice and in order to give opportunity to the parties to defend their case with the documents, the application is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only). The applicant/defendant is directed to deposit the said amount before the Registry to the credit of C.S.No.51 of 2021 on or before 08.04.2022 .
