Hence, by consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed finally even at the stage of admission. 2.The petitioner seeks a mandamus simplicitor directing the respondents to refund the excess amount received from the petitioner in connection with his service connection bearing number SC 040-028-125 from May 2017 till date by considering his representations dated 08.01.2022 and 28.01.2022.

Since Ms.Keerthana would have no objection in a direction being issued to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed directing 3rd respondent / The Assistant Executive Engineer, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Kaveripattinam to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 08.01.2022 and 28.01.2022 by passing of an order on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
