Mr.T.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents. With the consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 14.08.2023, seeking for issuance of Patta in his name in respect of the Pg.Nos.2/5

subject properties. Since there was no response from the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Since this Writ Petition is only for a mandamus simpliciter to consider the representation of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any view or opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2023, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants/interested parties/other share holders, who are interested parties to the said properties/ Joint Patta holders if any, as the case may be. Such exercise shall be completed within the stipulated time as prescribed in Circular No.R1/2005632/2022, dated 17.07.2023 issued by the Commissioner of Land Administration.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There Pg.Nos.3/5

shall be no order as to costs.
