The petitioner seeks cancellation of patta issued Vide proceedings dated 05.12.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents, and made a statement that the petitioner has to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer, South Chennai, for seeking his relief and that no representation has yet been made.

3. The petitioner is now directed to file his representation within a period of two weeks after the conclusion of the General https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Election-2021 of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly on 06.04.2021, to the Revenue Divisional Officer, South Chennai, who shall thereafter cause an enquiry on the same and dispose of her representation within a period of four months from the date of filing of the said representation before him.
