Prayer in W.P.No.17678 of 2016: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned charge memo issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Roc.No.1049/2016/F1, dated 22.04.2016 and quash the same consequently direct the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to retire from service on 30.04.2016 AN on attaining the age of superannuation and to pursue the proceedings if necessary, under Rule 9(2) of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules and to settle the terminal benefits due to him.

If at all any grievance exits, the legal heirs are at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of their grievances.
