Alleging that the order passed in W.P.No.19430 of 2010 dated 03.08.2011 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition.

2.Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in the writ petition has been complied https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued

by the Director of Elementary Education, Chennai-600 006, in Na.Ka.No.24631/D3/2012-2 in July 2013, to that effect. 3.Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed.
