O R D E R

Present revision has been filed against the order allowing the condone delay petition for restoring the suit.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that pending revision, parties have settled the dispute amicably between themselves and they also produced the joint memo of compromise. Learned counsel on either side sought a direction to the trial Court to decree the suit in terms of the said compromise memo.

In the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file the compromise memo before the learned II Additional District Munsif, Salem and on filing such memo the trial Court is directed to decree the suit in terms of the compromise memo. The present civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
