Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported before this Court that the petitioner is died and

he has not yet received any instructions from the family members of the petitioner. He has also filed a memo dated 09.01.2020 to that effect and the memo is recorded.

2.Recording the submission and the memo of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
