O R D E R

Criminal Original Petition to quash the Crime No.47 of 2014 is filed by the 1st accused.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that only after completion of investigation whether the petitioner is innocent purchaser or not will come to light.

3. In view of the above fact, this Court is not inclined to torpedo investigation by entertaining the quash petition. The Investigation Agency shall complete the investigation in free and fair manner and on completion of investigation, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he can approach the appropriate forum for redressal in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 05.04.2024
