This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the trial court, daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29060 of 2023, dated 28.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
