These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to clarify / modify the order dated 20.11.2023 passed in W.A.(MD) No.1423 of 2022 by directing the authorities to consider the petitioner's claim to the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor Grade-II in BC(G-LD)DAP and to keep one post of Assistant Public Prosecutor Grade II in BC(G-LD) DAP as vacant, pending finalization of the petition.
