PRAYER in W.P.No.4609 of 2020:

Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2020 in accordance with law not to detain the son of the petitioner Sasikumar son of Madurai concerned in Crime No.42/2020 on the file of the 3rd 1/3

respondent under Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982 or National Security Act 1980 by the 1st and 2nd respondents to secure the ends of justice.

PRAYER in W.P.No.4610 of 2020:

Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2020 in accordance with law not to detain the husband of the petitioner Kumaran @ Tinker Kumar, son of Chakrapani concerned in Crime No.42/2020 on the file of the 3rd respondent under Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982 or National Security Act 1980 by the 1st and 2nd respondents to secure the ends of justice.

PRAYER in W.P.No.4611 of 2020:

Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2020 in accordance with law not to detain the son of the petitioner Vasudevan, son of Krishnan concerned in Crime No.42/2020 on the file of the 3rd respondent under Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982 or National Security Act 1980 by the 1st and 2nd respondents to secure the ends of justice.

For Petitioner in all WPs : Mr.R.Sankarasubbu For Respondents in all WPs : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor ------- COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representation not to detain the sons of the petitioners under Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982 or National Security Act 1980. 2.In all the three writ petitions, the sons of the respective petitioners were detained by the 2nd respondent vide the dentition order dated 20.02.2020 under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. Therefore, the reliefs sought for in all these three writ petitions have become infructuous.

3.Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
