Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 7.12.2018 praying to treat the period from 20.12.2013 to 14.9.2016 as compulsory wait.

O R D E R
The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the period of the interregnum period, during which the writ petitioner was referred to before the Medical Board, was not regulated so far. On account of this, the service benefits due to the writ petitioner are denied.
2. The authorities Competent are bound to regulate the period as compulsory wait is the claim of the writ petitioner. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent on 7.12.2018.
3. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 7.12.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the abovesaid representation and all other relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.
