1. The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows: ".. to direct the 3rd and 4th respondent to provide individual demand details each of the labours of the Sree Uma Parameswari Mills Limited to the 1st respondent within stipulated time fixed by this Court..."

2. Mr.Ramaiyah, the learned Official Liquidator (OL) and Mr.K.Gunasekar, who appears for respondent No.3 are present in Court. 2.1. Insofar as respondent No.4 is concerned, the counsel name is printed in the cause list. Despite service, there is no representation on behalf of respondent No.4.

3. Both Mr.Ramaiyah, the learned OL as well as the respondent No.3, have no objection to the prayer made in the application is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is allowed. Respondent Nos.3 and 4 i.e. Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPF) and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) will furnish details to the OL to enable him to firm up the claims of workmen/employees. RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.

5. Let the needful be done by respondent No.3/EPF and respondent No.4/LIC, within two (2) weeks on receipt of a copy of the order.

6. The Registry will dispatch a copy of the order, without insistence on process fee, to respondent No.4 i.e, LIC.

7. At request of the counsel for the applicant, re-notify on 04.01.2017 C.P.No.207 of 2003

8. The OL will file a fresh status report before the next date of hearing.
