The petitioner is challenging the order passed in I.A.No.157 of 2018 dated 23.01.2019 in HMOP No.87 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore.

2. Heard, Mr.S.C.Vishwanth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

As per the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the main HMOP No.87 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore, which was filed by the petitioner for divorce on the ground of cruelty was dismissed on merits. Hence, the relief claimed by the petitioner has become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is Closed. No costs.
