orders passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Oo.Mu.No.16104/C3/04 dated 28.02.2006 and the consequential order passed by the 5th respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1265/A1 & A2/2006 dated 10.05.2010 and order passed by the 6th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.56/2006 dated 04.06.2010 and Na.Ka.No.56/2006 dated 11.10.2010 and the order passed by the 5th respondent in his proceedings Na.ka.No.1265/Aa2/Aa1/2006 dated 20.01.2011 and the consequential order passed by the 7th respondent in his proceedings No.Nil, dated 21.02.2011 and quash the same and direct the respondents to confer all the consequential benefits to the petitioner.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed and it is open to the respondents may proceed in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
