This petition is filed to condone the delay of 199 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The first respondent was served and the name of the counsel is printed in the cause list. The 2nd respondent was also served and his name printed in the cause list. However, none appears for the 2nd respondent. The third respondent is represented by Mr.R.Mohan Babu.

3. In view of the reasons found mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned. The Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
