(Order of the Court was made by V.Dhanapalan,J.) When this matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the present Writ Petition is against the notice calling upon the petitioner for enquiry and now, the State Level Scrutiny Committee has taken a final decision rejecting the petitioner's request. 2.

Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

23.01.2015. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection dated 23.01.2015. No costs. Learned Special Government Pleader is directed to furnish a copy of the said rejection order to the petitioner. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
