This Writ Petition has been filed to forbearing the respondents from forcible dispossession of the petitioner peaceful possession and enjoyment of the lands comprised in Old S.No.F-23/1, Old Town Survey No.755, ward No.F, Block No.23, New Town Survey No.1 to the extent of 1.45 cents situated at Devasathanam Thirumansolai Pudur Village Vaniyambadi Town Thirupattur District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the second respondent. He would further submit that on the complaint given by the second respondent, a case in Crime No.715 of 2021 has been registered against the Petitioners by the first respondent for the offences under Section 294(b), 353, 427 of IPC. Since civil dispute is pending between the parties, the respondent police have directed the parties to approach the concerned civil Court for redressal.

3. Recording the same, this Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No Costs.
