ORDER

This Court while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.41454 of 2016 by order dated 25.11.2016, has directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2016 seeking regularization of his service in the post of Office Assistant and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and by considering the representation of the petitioner, the respondent has passed an order dated 30.01.2018.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
