ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the alleged non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.01.2022 passed in W.P.No.11561 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order of the Writ Court, the Revenue Divisional Officer had passed an order, against which, the petitioner has preferred an appeal.

3. As such, the disobedience alleged may not be termed to be willful in nature, in view of the passing of the orders by the Revenue Divisional Officer. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
