Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.16826/E/E1/2011, dated 28.01.2013 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to take strict legal disciplinary action against the respondents Nos.2 to 5 respondents appropriate legal action the 10th and 11th respondents.

ORDER

This Writ petition was filed by the petitioner, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.16826/E/E1/2011, dated 28.01.2013 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to take strict legal disciplinary action against the respondents Nos.2 to 5 respondents appropriate legal action the 10th and 11th respondents.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported that he has no instructions from the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents Nos. 1,2,3,5,6 & 8, reported that the writ petitioner has passed away on 06.03.2020 and till date the legal heirs of the petitioner have not impleaded themselves as legal heirs to pursue the writ petition.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
